These terms cover the use of this website. The terms of any actual work are agreed directly with MechanaWare Handyman Services when a job is quoted — this page does not replace that.

Quotes and prices

Nothing on this website is a fixed price or a binding offer of work. Every job is priced before it starts, and the price you are given for your job by MechanaWare Handyman Services is the one that counts. Using the “Get a free quote” form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

The two-job offer

Where this site advertises 10% off a second job booked for the same visit, the discount applies to the lower-priced of the two jobs, is agreed at the point of quoting, and runs until 30 September 2026. It cannot be applied to work already carried out or already quoted at another price.

The quote form

The form on this site does not submit anything to a server. It assembles what you typed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you then choose to send or not. If WhatsApp does not open, nothing has been sent and nothing has been recorded — call the number instead.

Photographs on this site

The before-and-after images and the job photographs on this site show work carried out by MechanaWare Handyman Services. Some of the illustrative service photographs were produced for the business’s own marketing. No photograph on this site is presented as a guarantee that your job will look identical — every property is different.

Accuracy

Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate, but service details and offers can change. If something here matters to your decision, confirm it on the phone before booking.
